Not only is the Cobra Combi a self-contained breaker, but it's a powerful drill as well.  The 8318-0800-08 can sink holes to the depth of 6.5', and drill up to 11.8" per minute in solid granite.  This modern tool meets emerging regulations.  Equipped with a catalytic converter and new carburetor, this machine now meets the tough US emission regulations EPA1.  In addition, a new silencer has cut the noise level from 114 dB to 108/107dB.
