Heavy Duty Penetrating Oil #302 penetrates & loosens rusted parts.  This heavy-duty lubricant features a non-flammable blend of oils and solvents that reduces the surface tension to allow deep penetration of corroded parts. It rapidly cuts through grease and dirt to loosen frozen parts for easy disassembly, and leaves behind a residual oil film to provide protection against further rust and corrosion.
