* Mixing Ratio: 4 parts primer to 1 part activator (#150400 2k Urethane Catalyst)
* Reduction: Up to 20% with urethane reducer (as needed) or for use as a sealer
* Volume Solids: 35.2%
* Film Build: 2-3 mils @ 1 full wet coat
* Coverage: 565 square feet @ 1 mil
* Application: 10-15 psi @ cap w/ HVLP gun. Apply 1-2 wet coats for normal build. Allow 10-15 mins flash time between coats.
* Air Dry Times:
Dust Free: 10 Minutes
Wet Sand: 1-2 Hours
Dry Sand: 1.5 - 3 Hours
* Force Dry Times: Air dry for 10-15 minutes then force dry for 40 minutes @ 140^F
* Pot Life: 3-4 Hours. Reduction will extend pot life.
* V.O.C.: 4.71 lbs/gal
* Cleaning: Lacquer or Urethane thinner
